Investment in Karmen
GI & Karmen to boost financial capacity of SME

After our 6 years collaboration with BNP Paribas to finance purchase orders (POF) of merchants on marketplaces, we decided in 2020 to restart our POF business in France and finance a first merchant in which we invested (Zoomici). Merchants, like many businesses, not only need POF but also need loans. In the past, we invested in Lending Club in USA and we are convinced that fintechs play a critical role together with banks to finance businesses.
In March 2024, we seized the opportunity to invest in Karmen and give them the ability to grow their capacity with new funds from Fasanara capital.
